糖尿病合并脑出血昏迷的治疗效果分析

糖尿病合并脑出血昏迷的治疗效果分析

目的研究手术治疗糖尿病合并脑出血昏迷的应用价值。方法选择 2015年1—12月该院收治的100例糖尿病合并脑出血昏迷患者，实施手术治疗,分析其临床疗效。结果经手术治疗，发生死亡的病例为30例，病死率为30%。术后70例存活的患者中出现并发症的人数为31例，中伤口感染6例、多器官功能性衰竭10例、肺部感染12例、术后昏迷3例。结论虽然手术治疗糖尿病合并脑出血昏迷者具有一定的手术风险，容易发生并发症，但是只要控制好患者围手术期血糖水平，让患者顺度过危险期，则可降低病死率及提升患者生存质量。

［Abstract］Objective To observe the efficacy of clinical operation in the treatment of Diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma patients．Methods 100 diabetes patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma were actualized surgical operation，and its clinical effect was analysed.Results After surgical treatment,30 cases died,the case fatality rate was 30%.The number of complications occurred in 70 patients after surgery was 31 cases,6 cases of wound infection,10 cases of multiple organ failure,12 cases of pulmonary infection,3 cases of postoperative coma.Conclusion Although the surgery for the treatment of diabetes complicated with cerebral hemorrhage coma has a certain operation risk,prone to complications,but as long as the control of patients with perioperative blood glucose level,let a patient along through the dangerous period,reduce the mortality and improve the life quality of the patients.The clinical operation is worthy of treatment of Diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma patients.

糖尿病是一种机体代谢紊乱疾病，近年来在我国的发病人数呈日益上升的趋势。糖尿病一旦发生不容忽视，因为高血糖会导致脑、心脏、神经等多种慢性损害或者功能障碍疾病［1］。其中，糖尿病患者合并脑出血昏迷比较常见，而此类患者给手术实施带来一定的难度［2］。为进一步研究手术治疗糖尿病合并脑出血昏迷的应用价值，选择2015年1—12月该院收治的100例糖尿病合并脑出血昏迷患者实施手术治疗，现报道如下。
