精神科护理中人性化护理的应用效果研究

目的 研究人性化护理管理在精神科护理中的应用效果。方法 选取该院自2013年2月—2015年2月间收治的160例精神病患者，对其进行随机分组，分为对照组（n=80）和观察组（n=80），对照组采用常规方法进行护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予人性化护理管理，比较分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果 分组护理后，观察组的优良率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；IPROS指标评价：观察组各项指标均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。满意度：观察组患者满意度为93.75%，对照组患者满意度为85.00%，则观察组满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 人性化护理管理不仅可以改善患者的临床指标，而且对于护理优良率明显高于常规护理，人性化护理管理可以有效改善患者的满意度，由此可见，采用人性化护理在临床上值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective To research the application effect of humanistic nursing in the psychiatry nursing.M ethods 160 cases of patientswith mental disease admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groupswith 80 cases in each，the control group adopted conventionalmethod for nursing，the observation group adopted humanistic nursing management，and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results After grouping nursing，the excellent and good rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group，P＜0.05，in terms of IPROS index evaluation，various indexes in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group with statistical significance，P＜0.05，in terms of satisfactory degree，the satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group，（93.75%vs 85.00%），P＜0.05. Conclusion The humanistic nursingmanagement can not only improve the clinical indexes of patients but also effectively improve the satisfactory degree，and the nursing excellent and good rate of humanistic nursing management is obviously higher than that of the conventional nursing，therefore，it isworth promotion in clinic.

随着人权被世界各国越来越重视，人性化理念逐渐在生活中得以体现［1］。精神科患者属于特殊人群，由于其身体缺陷在生活中难以自己照顾自己，护理过程中要求护理人员投入更多关心。患者家属对于护理质量的要求越来越高，院方也应该积极提升护理水平，将人性化护理管理应用于护理工作中，这对于构建良好护患关系具有积极推动作用。通过人性化护理管理来加强医院护理质量，为患者提供更加优良的护理质量，为确保患者健康恢复提供重要支持。……
