静脉用药调配中心风险控制存在的问题及应对策略分析

目的 探讨和分析静脉用药调配中心各项风险因素的原因，并进行有效的预防。方法 总结静脉用药调配中心所配制输液的总量与差错的现状做出详细的统计及综合分析，然后查找出现各项风险的原因，在进行合理评估的基础上，设计科学有效的风险防范措施。结果 通过认真归纳总结，从原因入手，科学设计出静脉用药调配中心风险控制方案。结论 通过评估静脉用药调配中心存在的风险情况，并设计科学的预防措施，能够显著提高静脉输液的效果，改善其质量状况，使患者用药更加安全，对于避免在临床静脉输液方面出现重大失误将产生深远的影响。

［Abstract］Objective To study and analyze the causes of various risk factors in the intravenous drug deployment center and effectively prevent them.M ethods The total amount of infusion prepared by the intravenous drug deployment center and error status were summarized，counted in detail and comprehensively analyzed，and then the causes of various risks were found out and the risk prevention measures were designed on the basis of the rational evaluation.Results The risk control plan in the intravenous drug deployment center was scientifically designed by the careful summary from the causes.Conclusion Evaluating the risk in the intravenous drug deployment center and designing the scientific prevention measures can obviously improve the effect of intravenous infusion and the quality and make patient'smedication more safe，which has a profound effect on avoiding the seriousmistakes in the clinical intravenous infusion.

建立静脉用药调配中心（PIVAS），进行规范的静脉药物集中配置，对于保证患者合理用药是十分重要。而静脉用药调配中心，是近年来很多医院设置的一个十分关键的服务部门，其工作的质量将会对医院的医疗安全产生直接影响［1］。调配中心操作较为复杂，步骤多、涉及的人员亦多，无论哪个步骤出现差错，都可能引起严重的医疗事故。为了使该中心各类不同风险现象的发生率能够大幅的降低，显著增强中心的管理效果，医院静脉用药调配中心必须在积极改善服务状况的同时，注重归纳总结内部各个工作步骤存在的风险因素。……
