手术室感染控制与管理对策

目的 采取有效的感染控制措施，减少各种感染的危险因素。提高手术室医院感染工作重要性的认识，使各项管理措施得到认真落实，有效控制医院感染的发生。方法 从手术室的环境管理，物品管理，人员管理，手卫生等管理，制定各项管理措施。结果 手术室管理要达到规范化管理，建立有效的组织管理体系，制定切实可行的规章制度是重要保证；加强培训与宣传教育，提高全员管理意识是重要环节；制定管理质量标准认真督促检查考核是重要手段。结论 只有提高对医院感染工作的认识，才能提高医疗护理质量，从而提高了手术室感染管理水平，保障患者安全。

［Abstract］Objective To reduce various risk factors of infection by adopting effective infection control measures，improve the awareness of hospital infection work importance in operating room，carefully implement various management measures and effectively control the occurrence of hospital control.Methods Various management measures were made from the environment management，article management，staff management and hand hygiene management in operating room.Results Building an effective organization management system and making feasible regulations were the important guarantee for standardized management of operating room，enhancing training and publicity education and improving management awareness of all staff were the important links，and making management quality standard and careful supervision and examination were the important means.Conclusion We should improve the awareness of hospital infection work，only in this way can the medical nursing quality be improved，thus improving the infection management level in operating room and ensuring safety of patients.

在医疗水平和诊治技术高速发展的今日，外科手术已经成为诊断和诊疗许多疾病的主要手段。手术室成为拥有感染控制的高危科室，已成为医院感染控制的重点部门，感染仍是一个十分突出的世界性问题，2014版美国外科手术部位感染的防控研究（发表在2014年6月传染病与流行病学杂志），手术部位感染占院内感染20%，外科病人最常见的感染手术部位占38%；细菌来源至少50%与手术室管理相关。感染不仅是手术患者最常见的的并发症，而且也是造成患者死亡的的主要原因［1］，手术室是医院感染的高发科室，手术后一旦发生感染，它不仅给患者增加痛苦和不必要的经济损失，严重者还可危及生命。……
