腹腔镜结直肠癌手术的麻醉管理

该院以结直肠癌患者作为研究对象，临床均给予气管内插管全身麻醉处理，后行麻醉诱导，手术过程中还需要间断推注舒芬太尼或芬太尼以达到维持镇痛的效果，间断推注肌松剂可以达到维持肌松的效果，持续吸入七氟烷或异氟烷可以达到维持麻醉的效果。探讨腹腔镜直肠癌手术中的常用麻醉方法，分析麻醉药品管理中存在的问题，总结麻醉药品的管理方法，并多角度展示麻醉药品的管理效果，旨在优化腹腔镜结直肠癌手术的麻醉管理措施。临床在结直肠癌患者入院接受治疗的过程中，要对其病情特点、身体状况和合并症状等进行全面的检查和分析，做好术前评估工作，然后为其选择针对性的麻醉方法和管理措施，尽可能缩短气腹时间和手术时间，以确保患者的治疗效果。

［Abstract］The patients with colorectal carcinoma are selected as the research objects in our hospital and are treated with general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation in clinic，and then undergo anesthesia induction，and in the operation process，it also needs discontinuous intravenous-infusion of sufentanil or fentanyl for maintaining analgesia，the intravenousinfusion of muscle relaxants can maintain muscular relaxation and continuous inhalation of sevoflurane or isoflurane can maintain anaesthesia.The aim of studying the common anaesthesia method in the laparoscopic surgery for colorectal carcinoma，analyzing the problems in the anaesthesia drug management，summarizing the management method of anaesthesia method and multi-angle exhibition of management effect of anaesthesia drug is to optimize the anaesthesia management measures of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal carcinoma.We should comprehensively examine and analyze the patient’s characteristics，physical condition and complications during treatment after the patients are admitted in clinic，do a good job in preoperative evaluation work and then choose the targeted anaesthesia method and management measures，and shorten the pneumoperitoneum time and operative time as far as possible in order to ensure the treatment effect of patients.

结直肠癌属于临床上常见的癌症类型，严重危及患者的生命安全。而腹腔镜结直肠癌手术是比较常用的治疗方法，因为其具有术后恢复快、创伤小、住院时间短、效果明显等特点，在临床上得到了广泛的应用。在手术过程中做好麻醉管理工作，可以避免手术过程中患者的生命体征发生剧烈改变危及患者的生命安全［1］。该文对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术的麻醉管理方法和效果给予介绍。……
