危重症专职护理模式在呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿的护理中的应用价值

目的探讨危重症专职护理模式在呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿护理中的应用价值。方法 60例呼吸窘迫征新生儿患者，随机进行分组。观察组及对照组患者为30例。对照组患者实施常规护理；观察组患者实施危重症专职护理，分析比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者具有机械通气时间短、住院时间短、并发症发生率低及病死率低的特点，优于对照组患者。结论危重症专职护理模式在呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿护理中具有重要的应用价值，可降低并发症发生率及病死率，改善患者预后。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the full model of care in critically ill patients with respiratory distress value of newborn care in the syndrome.Methods 60 cases in our hospital extracting respiratory distress syndrome neonatal patients，with random allocation of patients into groups.Observation group and control group were 30 patients each.Implementation of routine care of patients in the control group；the implementation of critically ill patients in the observation group of full-time care for nursing effect two groups were compared.Results The comparison between groups was observed in patients with a shorter duration of mechanical ventilation，shorter hospital stay，low complication rate and low mortality characteristics than the control group patients.Conclusion Critical Care Nursing full-time model has important applications in respiratory distress syndrome in newborn care can reduce morbidity and mortality and improve the prognosis of patients.

早产儿或体重极低儿易合并呼吸窘迫综合征，若不对患者进行及时有效的治疗，可导致患者呼吸衰竭致死［1］。因此及时有效的治疗及护理对于呼吸窘迫综合征患儿具有重要意义。常规护理模式效果一般，医护之间配合默契度不足，护理人员在护理过程中慌乱、盲目［2］。对于危重症患者，危重症专职护理模式具有重要应用价值。因此该院对患者实施危重症专职护理，对其护理效果进行分析比较，现报道如下。
