健康体检中护理告知的应用价值分析

目的 探讨护理告知在健康体检中的价值。方法 健康体检者1 800例，分为观察组（1 000例）和对照组（800例），观察组体检全程予以护理告知，对照组常规护理，比较两组体检者体检总时间、一次性体检完成率和体检知识知晓率以及总满意率。结果 观察组体检总时间明显低于对照组，一次性体检完成率、体检知识知晓率、总满意率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 护理告知在健康体检中可缩短体检时间，提高体检效率，提升对体检相关知识的的认识，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】

Objective To explore the value of nursing care notification in health examination. Methods 1 800 cases of healthy subjects were divided into observation group（1 000 cases） and control group（800 cases）， the observation group was given nursing care notification throughout the total time， the control group was given usual care， the physical examination，medical disposable completion rates and medical knowledge and awareness， and total satisfaction rate two groups were compared. Results Medical total time of the observation group was obviously lower than the control group， the disposable medical completion， aware of knowledge about medical check-up， total satisfaction rate were higher than the control group， difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Nursing care notification in healthy physical examination can shorten the examination time， improve the efficiency of physical examination， improve the understanding of medical knowledge， it is worthy of popularization and application.

现阶段，随着人们健康意识的逐渐增强，健康体检已经成为了解人们身体状况的重要手段。对于大多数初次体检的人员来说，对具体体检什么项目、体检前后注意事项等体检要素都不得而知，而这些体检要素很大程度上影响着体检效率和质量［1］。研究显示，在体检过程中进行护理告知，会大大提升和增强体检质量和效率，给体检者和体检工作人员带来便利［2］。近年来，我院体检中心对1 000例体检者在体检过程中进行护理告知，效果令人满意，现将相关情况报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2015年2月～2016年2月在我院体检中心进行健康体检的1 000例体检者作为观察组，其中，男547例，女453例，年龄15～76岁，平均年龄为（37.9±9.2）岁。选择2014年1月～2015年1月在我院体检中心进行健康体检的800例体检者作为对照组，其中，男428例，女372例，年龄16～75岁，平均年龄为（36.4±9.0）岁。……
