鼻内窥镜下治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的护理效果分析

目的 探讨鼻内窥镜下治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的护理效果。方法 选择2014年2月～2016年5月我院所收治的75例鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者为研究对象，将收治的患者随机分为常规组和试验组。常规组行常规护理，试验组行整体化护理。比较干预结果。结果 试验组患者鼻窦炎鼻息肉治疗总有效率显著比常规组高，护理后PSQI评分、SF-36评分显著比常规组好，手术并发症率显著比常规组低（P＜0.05）。结论 鼻内窥镜下治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的护理效果确切，可减少并发症的发生，改善睡眠和生活质量，值得推广。

【Abstract】

Objective To explore the nursing effect of nasal endoscopic treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods Selected 75 cases with sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital from February 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group. Routine group received routine nursing care， and the experimental group received overall nursing. Intervention outcome of two groups was compared. Results Total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the routine group， PSQI score and SF-36 score after nursing were better than the routine group， and complication rate was lower than the routine group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps of the exact effect， can reduce the incidence of complications， sleep and quality of life， worthy of promotion.

鼻窦炎鼻息肉为耳鼻喉科常见疾病，采用鼻内窥镜治疗跟传统手术治疗对比更具有优势，手术精细，创伤少，恢复快、复发率低，辅以有效的护理干预，可提高手术效果，预防相关并发症的发生［1-2］。本研究就鼻内窥镜下治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的护理效果进行探讨，报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择的对象是2014年2月～2016年5月我院所收治的75例鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者，将收治的患者随机分为常规组和试验组。其中常规组共37例，男性的患者23例，女性的患者14例，年龄23～75岁，年龄均数（45.13±5.12）岁。试验组共38例，男患者25例，女患者13例，年龄25～74岁，年龄均数（46.51±5.92）岁。两组患者上述基本资料差异不显著，无统计学意义。

1.2 方法

常规组行常规护理；试验组行整体化护理。（1）术前护理。术前对患者介绍鼻窦炎鼻息肉发病原因，陪同患者进行各项检查，并耐心解答患者问题，为手术备好相关器械和物品，并进行口腔护理和消毒，为患者清理鼻腔分泌物，剪除鼻毛，减少手术污染。……
