急诊分诊安全管理模式对急诊护理质量的影响

目的 探讨急诊分诊安全管理模式对急诊护理质量的影响。方法 根据急诊分诊安全管理的实施前后，将300例急诊患者分为观察组（管理后）161例和对照组（管理前）139例，对比两组的急诊护理质量。结果 观察组的风险事件发生率和患者的投诉率分别明显低于对照组（0.6%＜3.6%，3.1%＜7.9%），而观察组患者对于护理的满意程度高于对照组（96.9%＞75.5%），两组对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 急诊分诊安全管理模式对于提高急诊护理质量有着积极的影响，建议在临床上予以推广。

【Abstract】

Objective To explore the emergency triage safety management model on the quality of emergency nursing. Methods Before and after the implementation of the emergency triage safety management， 300 cases of emergency patients were divided into observation group （after management）161 cases and control group （before management） 139 cases， two groups of emergency nursing quality was compared. Results The risk events occurred rate and patient complaints rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（0.6% ＜3.6%，3.1%＜7.9%）， the patients for nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（96.9%＞75.5%）， there were significant difference between the two groups（P＜ 0.05）. Conclusion Emergency triage safety management model has a positive impact on improving the quality of emergency care，and it is recommended to be popularized in clinical practice.

急诊科是医院的重要科室，每日需要接待大量的病情复杂的患者，及时予以施救，同时为其提供相应的护理服务。保证急诊护理质量，能够有效应对一切突发事件，护理人员能够及时、妥善的予以处理，进而有效提升患者的治疗效果。为了有效降低急诊护理风险，加强急诊分诊安全管理，为患者的治疗提供有力的保障［1］。本研究以我院急诊科2013年5月～2015年8月期间收治的300例患者作为研究对象，探讨急诊分诊安全管理模式对急诊护理质量的影响，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

我院于2014年7月开始实施急诊分诊安全管理，回顾性分析我院急诊科2013年5月～2015年8月期间收治的300例患者的临床资料，其中男158例，女142例，平均年龄（42.4±5.9）岁。根据治疗时间的先后，将其分为观察组（2014年7月～ 2015年8月）161例和对照组（2013年5月～2014年6月）139例，两组患者的一般资料对照均衡（P＞0.05），具有可比性。……
