手术室优质护理在医院感染控制中的作用分析

目的 探讨手术室优质护理在医院感染控制中的作用。方法 回顾性分析2014年1月～2015年12月于我院进行手术治疗的患者共68例，其中对照组予以常规护理，观察组采取优质护理，比较两组患者的感染情况。结果 观察组患者的医院感染率为2.94%，明显低于对照组的14.71%，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；另观察组的卫生消毒合格率为94.12%，较之对照组的76.54%，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对手术室进行优质护理，能够有效提高其卫生消毒合格率，有效控制医院感染，降低手术过程中患者感染率，优化手术室护理管理，实用价值及临床意义显著，值得大力推广和应用。

【Abstract】

Objective To explore the role of quality care in a hospital operating room infection control. Methods 68 cases from January 2014 to December 2015 for surgical treatment in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The control group received usual care， and the observation group received qualitycare. Infection rates in two groups were compared. Results Hospital infection rate of the observation group were 2.94%， the control group was 14.71%， and the differences between the two groups was significant statistically（P＜0.05）；Sanitation and disinfection pass rate of the observation group was 94.12%， compared with 76.54% of the control group， a statistically significant difference between two groups （P＜0.05）. Conclusion The operating room for quality care， can improve their sanitation and disinfection pass rate， according to the effective control of hospital infection and reduce the rate of infection in patients during surgery，operating room nursing management optimization， practical value and clinical significance significant， and should be vigorously promoted and applied.

有相关医院感染调查表明，手术室是相对易于发生感染的场所之一，亦是进行感染控制的重要环节［1］。随着现代医学的不断发展，临床手术效用不断强化，使用频率也不断提高，术中，患者脏器会处于完全暴露的状态，手术环境对患者有极大影响，若手术室环境管理不到位、器械消毒不彻底等，均会导致患者术中产生医院感染，不仅影响临床疗效，还会因感染而引发其他并发症，加大患者心理压力与经济负担［2］。故而从手术室管理方面进行医院管理控制是具有现实可行性的，本次研究的主要目的是探讨手术室优质护理在医院感染控制中的作用，回顾性分析2014年1月～2015年12月于我院进行手术治疗的68例患者，将其作为研究对象，其中予以优质护理的观察组患者取得良好的应用效果，现将具体报告如下。……
