老年性上睑松弛及睑袋整形的手术效果探讨

目的 研究分析老年上睑松弛和睑袋整形的临床效果。方法 选择我院37例上睑松弛和睑袋整形老年患者来进行研究分析，对手术的预后效果以及患者的满意度进行统计分析。结果 全部患者均是I期愈合，术后随访过程中没有发现并发症病例，满意患者有35例，满意度是94.6%。结论 老年性上睑松弛和睑袋整形手术对患者的生活质量有非常好的改善效果，临床中我们推介推广使用，让患者获得更加有效的治疗效果，改善患者的生活质量。

【Abstract】

Objective To study the clinical effect of the elderly with the upper eyelid laxity and eyelid bags plastic surgery. Methods 37 patients with upper eyelid laxity and eyelid bags plastic surgery in elderly patients in our hospital for research and analysis， the surgical outcome and patient satisfaction were statistically analyzed. Results All the patients were healed of phase I， no complications were found during the follow-up，35 patients were satisfied，and the satisfaction rate was 94.6%. Conclusion The eyelid laxity and eyelid bags plastic surgery on the patient's quality of life has a very good effect， we recommend to promote the use， to enable patients to obtain more effective treatment， improve patient's quality of life.

人的年龄增长后，其眼睑皮肤的弹性会逐渐下降，所以会出现上睑松弛的情况，下眶脂肪在重力的作用下就产生了睑袋［1-4］，老年人的外貌因此而受到了影响，对其生活质量产生了负面影响，因此寻找能够改善上睑松弛和睑袋的方法对患者而言具有重要意义。此次就我院37例上睑松弛和睑袋整形老年患者进行了探讨分析，对手术情况进行研究，现进行以下报道。

1　资料与方法

1.1 研究资料

2012年3月～2014年3月我院接收了37例上睑松弛和睑袋整形手术老年患者，共有男性患者12例，女性患者25，最小患者是52岁，最大患者是79岁，平均（64.8±6.3）岁。全部患者均是上睑松弛和睑袋严重患者，无倒睫情况存在，患者无皮肤松弛和重症肌无力情况，术后对患者进行随访研究。

1.2 研究方法

为患者进行整形手术。

1.2.1 上睑松弛整形手术的具体方法 （1）设计患者的重睑标志线：距上睑缘6 mm处画出下切口线，并延伸至外眦角外2.5～3 mm处，用镊子将下切口线向上移至眉毛方向，力度不可过大（不能造成患者眼睑闭合不全），在顶起的皮肤皱褶处标记上切口线；……
