甲状腺手术体位护理的研究进展

【摘要】甲状腺手术患者的体位摆放和围手术期的体位护理干预工作直接影响着甲状腺手术的治疗效果，因此必须采取合理的护理干预手段。本文对甲状腺手术体位护理的研究进展进行探讨，首先列举了甲状腺手术中各类体位并发症情况，并阐述了围手术期体位护理方法，以期能为相关工作提供参考。

【Abstract】

It is very important for the patients with thyroid surgery to put in place and use the body position nursing intervention，which has a direct influence on the treatment effect.So it is necessary to take reasonable nursing intervention measures.This article is to discuss the research progress of thyroid operation posture nursing，first of all kinds of thyroid surgery in the case of complications，and elaborated on the perioperative nursing method，with a view to provide a reference for the relevant work.

甲状腺疾病中，外科手术主要是治疗甲状腺肿大和甲状腺肿瘤两大类疾病，在临床检查过程中患者的甲状腺功能均呈正常状态［1］，但随着病情的发展，甲状腺外科疾病很容易引发内科功能障碍性病变，例如甲亢﹑甲状腺炎等。由于甲状腺所在人体解剖部位较为特殊，因此其在手术时需要采用颈部过伸的仰卧位，此时会对患者的舒适度造成影响，必须采用手术体位护理干预才能够进一步提升治疗效果和患者满意度［2］。

1 甲状腺手术后体位并发症

1.1 头颈综合征

由于在手术过程中患者必须保持颈部过伸的体位进行手术，因此在术后会出现头颈部疼痛﹑头部眩晕或呕吐等综合症状。研究者认为，导致这类症状的原因在于颈部过伸体位对脑部局部循环系统造成影响，累及感受神经，才引发术后恶心呕吐等情况，该类并发症的发生率约在80%左右。还有部分原因在于颈部过伸时会使人体颈椎内神经受到过度的压迫，因而导致神经系统紊乱，颈部肌肉组织过度疲劳等。……
