摘 要：随着老龄化社会的来临，如何让老年人安度晚年成为社会广泛关注的课题。针对中国国情和社会现状，本文意在探讨居家养老模型下老年家居生活环境的设计问题。文章从老年人随着年龄增长而产生的生理机能、认知机能和心理特性的变化出发，分析居家环境中的空间布局、主要空间类型的设计要素，探讨符合老年人生理和心理特点的空间界面处理、装饰材料选择和室内陈设配置，从而促进老人身心健康的安全、舒适、健康的家居生活环境，使老人能在家中安享人生。

Abstrraacctt::With the advent of an aging society, it’s a widespread concern on how to spend their old age for elderly people with dignity.The paper is intended to explore the design of elderly home living environment with the mode of home care.Combined with the change of physical condition, cognition function and psychological characteristics, the article mainly discuss the spatial layout of home environment and the design elements of main space types, explore the space interface processing, materials selection and indoor decorative furnishings for elderly people, so that the elderly can enjoy safe, comfortable and healthy life at home.

2011年中国第六次全国人口普查数据显示60岁及以上的人口数量为1.78亿人，占总人口的比重为13.26%[1]。2013年国务院《关于加快发展养老服务业的若干意见》中提出截止2012年底，中国60周岁以上老年人口已达1.94亿，2020年将达到2.43亿，到2035年将达到3.86亿，成为老龄人口数居世界第一位的“老人国家”。按照联合国标准，当一个地区60岁以上老人达到总人口的10%，新标准是65岁老人占总人口的7%，即该地区视为进入老龄化社会[2]。

随着中国人口老龄化的加剧，老年人的养老问题越来越成为一个现实的社会问题[3]。结合中国国情和社会现状，目前中国确定了以居家养老为主，社区养老为辅，机构养老为补充的养老模式。……
