【摘要】　目的　探讨在植入心脏起搏器患者中应用延续护理的效果。方法　对2012年1月～2014年12月在我院收治的植入心脏起搏器患者作为延续护理的对象，延续护理的内容是用程控仪监测起搏器的功能，调整其参数，指导下一次随访时间，做用药指导及康复护理，并对其影响进行分析。结果　对植入心脏起搏器患者进行延续护理，其遵医行为及对护理的满意度有明显提高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论　延续护理使患者按时随访，保障了心脏起搏器的正常使用，减少了并发症的发生，同时也改变护理人员的观念，使护理服务从医院走向社会，走向家庭，实现了以护理疾病为中心向以人群整体健康为中心的转变。

【Abstract】ObjectivesTo evaluate the effect of application of extended care in patients with cardiac pacemaker. MethodsJanuary 2012 December ～2014 years in the hospital treated patients with cardiac pacemaker as object of the extended care, extended care is to use programmable instrument for monitoring its implanted cardiac pacemakers the pacemaker function, adjust its parameters, under the guidance of a follow-up and rehabilitation nursing and medication guide, and an analysis of his impact.Resultsextended care on patients with cardiac pacemaker and its compliance and satisfaction with care before and after have noticeably improved, there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). ConclusionsContinuing care, follow-up of patients, be able to guarantee the normal use of the implantable cardiac pacemaker, enabled patients to reduce the occurrence of complications, while also changing the concept of nursing staff, care from hospitals to the community, to the family, achieving a nursing disease for centric shift towards to overall health at the center of the crowd.
