【摘要】　目的　探讨上感颗粒治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法　选取病毒性上呼吸道感染患者130例，按就诊顺序分为两组，研究组采用上感颗粒治疗，对照组采用氨酚伪麻美芬片(日片)/氨麻美敏片Ⅱ(夜片)治疗，观察两组的临床疗效、平均退热起效时间、咳嗽缓解起效时间。结果　研究组和对照组总有效率分别为98.57%，88.33%，体温平均见效时间分别为15.68±1.25小时、18.56±2.05小时，咳嗽缓解起效平均时间分别为35.67±8.15小时、45.25±9.13小时，两组上述指标比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论　上感颗粒对治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染临床疗效明显，退热作用好，能迅速改善临床症状。

【Abstract】ObjectivesTo explore the clinical efficacy of Shanggan Particles on viral upper respiratory tract infections. MethodsTotally 130 patients with viral upper respiratory tract infections were sellected and divided into study group and control group according to registration order。Patients in study group were treated with Shanggan Particles while those in control group were treated with pseudo dextromethorphan paracetamol tablets(daytime tablet)/ammonia mami chlorphenamine II(night tablet). The clinical efficacy as well as the average time of fever clearance and improvement of symptoms such as cough were observed. ResultsThe total efficiency of study group and control group were 98.57%and 88.33%, respectively. The average time of fever clearance and relieving cough in study group were 35.67±8.15hours and 45.25±9.13hours, while those time in control group were 35.67±8.15hours and 45.25±9.13hours,respectively. The differences of those above indicators between groups were all significant (P<0.05). ConclusionsShanggan Particles has an definite clinical efficacy on patients with viral upper respiratory tract infections with an advantage of favorite antipyretic effect and rapid improvement of clinical symptoms.
