国家利益视域下的体育强国解读

摘要：体育强国的根本目的就是追求国家利益。在分析国家利益的新现实主义、新自由主义以及建构主义等哲学内涵的基础上，研究了体育强国的国家利益。新现实主义更加注重国家生存与安全利益，新自由主义则更加强调权力，而建构主义则更加强调国家互动中的国家身份，而哪种国家利益更重要则取决于“时间与环境”。

Abstract:The fundamental purpose of strong sports country is to pursue national interests. Based on analysis of connotation of new-realism, new-liberalism and constructivism, the paper researches national interests of a strong sports country. New-realism pays more attention to national survival and security interests, new-liberalism focuses more on national power, and constructivism puts more emphasis on national identity among state’s interactions. Which national interest is more important is to depend on time and environment.

体育强国不仅是一个实践问题，更是一个理论问题。无论人们如何理解体育强国，比如是通过体育以实现强国之目的，亦或是强国的体育，其根本目的就在于最大可能地、最大限度地追求或实现国家利益。国家利益是国际关系理论中的核心概念，是国家面对复杂的国际政治经济环境维护国家和民族生存和安全的基本原则，是国家制定对外政策和开展对外各项活动的根本依据。……
