不同孕期妇女凝血四项检测结果分析与意义

[摘要]目的探讨不同孕期妇女凝血四项检测的结果与意义。方法整群选取2013年1月—2015年1月在该院进行凝血四项检查的孕早期132例、孕中期140例、孕晚期115例、临产期113例与非孕期健康妇女150例结果进行分析。结果孕早期与孕中期各项指标较非孕期比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；孕晚期与临产期PT、TT及Fib等指标较非孕期有升高趋势（P＜0.05）。结论不同孕期妇女进行凝血四项检测，可了解各时期的凝血状态，对预防产科并发症，提高母婴健康有重要意义。

Analysis and Significance of Different Results of Pregnant Women Four Coagulation Markers Detection

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the pregnant women of four items of blood coagulation test results and significance. Methods 132 cases of early pregnancy in our department during the four pregnancy tests in January 2015 to January 2013, 140 cases of pregnancy, 115 cases of late pregnancy, In 113 cases with non pregnant healthy women 150 cases analysis. Results There was no statistical significance between early pregnancy and the second trimester of pregnancy(P>0.05); The indexes of Fib, TT and PT in the late trimester of pregnancy were higher than those of the non pregnant women(P<0.05). Conclusion Blood coagulation four tests in different pregnant women, can understand the coagulation status of each period, Prevention of obstetric complications, Improve maternal and child health is important.

妊娠是胚胎和胎儿在母体内发育成熟的过程[1]。妊娠期间孕妇受胎儿生长发育的影响，机体各项指标会出现不同程度的变化，导致其凝血功能也发生相应变化[2]。因此，了解不同孕期孕妇的凝血指标，为保证孕妇安全分娩，减少并发症发生提供重要临床价值。现将2013年1月—2015年1月在该院行凝血四项检查的不同孕期妇女进行回顾分析，探讨不同孕期妇女凝血四项检测的结果与意义。现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

整群选取在该科进行凝血四项检查的孕期妇女500例，初产妇为314例，经产妇186例，年龄21~42岁，平均（31.8±1.7）岁；孕妇均为正常妊娠。其中孕早期妇女132例，平均（10.4±1.1）周；孕中期妇女140例，平均（24.6±1.2）周；孕晚期妇女115例，年龄平均（29.7± 1.2）岁，平均（35.4±1.2）周；临产期妇女113例，年龄平均（30.5±1.1）岁。随机抽取同期在我科进行凝血四项检查的150例健康非孕妇女，年龄20~45岁，平均（33.4± 2.3）岁。各……
