上海市部分社区居民对家庭医生制度的认知调查*

摘 要通过对上海市部分社区居民开展家庭医生制度的认知调查，了解他们对家庭医生制度的看法，为更好地推进家庭医生制度提供参考。采用非随机抽样法，在中心繁华城区、较繁华城区和郊区社区共发放问卷320份，并对回收问卷进行数据处理及分析。上海市部分社区居民对家庭医生制度的认知度不高，接受过家庭医生服务的比例较低，对其服务满意度一般。需要进一步扩大宣传，提高家庭医生的服务质量。

Survey of the cognition of some community residents to the family doctor system in Shanghai*

ABSTRACTTo understand the views of community residents on family doctor system through the survey of their cognition of family doctor system in part of the communities of Shanghai, and provide some reference for the better promotion of family doctor system. Three hundred and twenty questionnaires were distributed by means of nonrandom sampling in communities at busting downtown, the more prosperous urban and suburbs, then data processing and analysis were carried out in the collected questionnaires. Both the awareness of the investigated community residents to the family doctor system and the proportion for them to receive the service of family doctor were lower and their satisfaction to the the service of family doctor was general. The propaganda remains to be further expanded and the service quality of the family doctor is required to be further improved.

建立家庭医生制度是上海医改的五大基础性工程之一，于2011年4月在上海市长宁、闵行等10个区率先启动试点。家庭医生制度是以全科医生为主体，与社区内家庭签约为形式，其最终目的是保护居民健康，提高居民生活质量以及降低医疗总费用〔1〕。社区居民是家庭医生制度主要的服务对象，他们对此的知情度、态度和行为（knowledge-attitude-practice，以下简称KAP）是判断该制度能否顺利实施的关键之一。本文通过调查上海市部分社区居民对家庭医生制度的认知度，了解该制度目前的实施现状，分析家庭医生制度在实施过程中的不足，为进一步推进实施家庭医生制度提供参考。

1 对象与方法

1.1 调查对象

采用非随机抽样方法，选择上海市中心繁华城区徐汇区的徐家汇、较繁华城区杨浦区的五角场以及郊区浦东新区的张江镇这3个地区的25个社区，针对社区居民开展调查。……
