流动人口城市归属感与主观幸福感的关系研究——基于北京市流动人口的调查数据

摘要：如何使流动人口更好的融入城市，已成为城市建设与构建和谐社会的重要议题。基于北京市流动人口的调查数据对流动人口的城市归属感和主观幸福感进行了分析。研究结果显示：人口统计学变量对流动人口的城市归属感和主观幸福感均有一定程度上的内部差异；在目前阶段，提高城市归属感依然是提高流动人口幸福感的主要途径，但归属感并不是影响幸福感的唯一因素，性别、年龄、受教育程度、婚姻等个人因素也对幸福感有显著影响，这为提升流动人口主观幸福感提供了理论参考。

Abstract:How to make the floating population integrated into the city the city becomes an important issue of building harmonious society. The study analyzed the city belonging and subjective well-being of the floating population.
