有限空间大倾角提升设备选型综述

摘要针对在有限空间内如何选择大倾角提升设备的问题，以古交配煤厂158皮带机尾提升设备选型为例，通过核算机头高度、机身长度等限制条件，对斗式提升机、波状挡边带式输送机等设备进行筛选。通过分析各类型设备的优缺点，校验安装空间位置尺寸，最终确定选用设备的类型和基本要求，为设备的设计、制作、安装提供了依据，并总结出在有限空间内选择大倾角提升设备的选型思路。

AbstractTo solve the problem that how to choose hoisting equipment for large dip angle in limited space, takes the hoisting equipment selection of 158 belt conveyor tail in Gujiao coal preparation plant as the example, checks the limited conditions such as the conveyor head height, body length and so on to screen the equipments of bucket elevators, corrugated sidewall conveyor and so on. Analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various types of equipment, checks the size of the installation space position, ultimately confirms the type and basic requirements of the optional equipment. It provides the basis for equipment design, production and installation. Finally gets the method for choosing hoisting equipment for large dip angle in the limited space.

西山煤电(集团)公司古交配煤厂158皮带是东曲矿地下输煤通道的第一条地面转运皮带，机长284.3 m，倾角9.014 3°.为装运清扫走廊的含煤废水沉淀后的煤泥需布置1台提升设备。因为系统已经投产运行，机尾所剩余的空间极为有限，在不影响建筑结构的前提下，考虑所提升物料的特殊性，从几种提升设备中最终选定使用波状挡边带式输送机。在设备选型的过程中，分析了几种提升设备的优缺点，对于在有限空间内选择大倾角提升设备有一定的实践意义。同时文中的内容对于解决在设备改造或是系统配套时出现的提升问题也有一定的参考价值。……
