加强配装管理保证商品煤质量

摘要西山煤电股份公司马兰矿选煤厂在选煤生产过程中，会出现精煤灰分不稳定的现象。为解决因生产质量不稳定，导致产品质量不合格或者过剩的问题，经过研究，摸索出一套简单、准确、直观，适合各个选煤厂配装的管理模式，并通过柱状图、加权统计等方法进行分析，做出配装方案。实践证明，该方法能够把不同质量的精煤通过配煤达到产品质量合格，避免不合格产品出厂，使选煤厂在生产过程中提高分选密度及精煤产量，使精煤回收率达到上限，数量效率、质量效率达到最大，提高了经济效益。因此，该方法值得推广与借鉴。

AbstractMalan coal preparation plant in the process of coal production, appears the ash content of clean coal instability. In order to solve the problem that unstable production quality lead to the quality of product is unqualified or redundant. By research finds out a set of management mode which is simple, accurate, intuitive and suitable for various coal preparation plants mixing loading, then through the methods such as histogram and weighted statistics analyzes and works out the scheme of mixing loading. Practice proves that the product quality is qualified with blending the different quality clean coal by this method, avoids the unqualified products leave the coal preparation plant. It improves the separation density and output of clean coal in the production process, the coal recovery rate reaches the upper limit, the efficiency of quantity and quality reach the maximum, improves the economic efficiency.

西山煤电股份公司马兰矿选煤厂是一座年入洗原煤4.00 Mt的现代化选煤厂，年产精煤240多万t，平均每天拉运6 000 t. 精煤主要质量指标：灰分≤11%，硫分≤1.3%. 每天生产时间平均10 h；每小时生产精煤约700 t，分别装在6个精煤仓内，每个仓可贮精煤2 000 t左右，灰分检查结果每半小时出一个，每天出20个灰分，而洗煤过程中不能保证质量时刻稳定，所以，必须在装车过程中配装，才能使商品煤质量稳定且达到用户要求。在装车过程中要掌握每个仓内的精煤仓位和灰分情况，按照配装方案进行装车，以防灰分超标，避免因指标不符合合同要求而产生质量纠纷。……
