我国区域性业余足球联赛发展的困境及对策
——以“回超”为例

摘要:随着我国体育事业和体育产业的快速发展，以及我国足球环境的好转，我国区域性足球联赛正在慢慢形成，但由于我国社会组织发展的不完善，基层体育组织发展缓慢。在对回龙观超级足球联赛的困境和原因进行分析的基础上，从“回超”非合法性的破除、重新定位及发展模式三个方面对“回超”的未来发展提出建议。

Difficulties and Strategies of Regional Amateur Football League in China

Abstract:With the rapid development of sports industry in China and the sound environment of Chinese football, the regional football in China has taken shape. However, the grassroot sports organizations are developing slowly due to the unsatisfactory social organizations in China. The paper analyses the difficulties and causes of the Huilongguan Super League and proposes suggestions for the future development of Huilongguan Super League from the perspectives of legitimacy, redefining, and development model.

回龙观超级足球联赛简称“回超”，是北京非常有名的一个业余足球联赛，是由回龙观地区办事处大力支持、业主自发组织的业余足球联赛。2013年5月9日，第十届回龙观足球超级联赛在北京回龙观中学开幕，千余名群众参与了开幕式的现场演出。经过多年的发展，“回超”联赛已经初具规模，影响力辐射整个北京市。本文对“回超”的发展出路进行理论探索。

1“回超”相关研究

“回超”作为北京回龙观社区的业余足球联赛，已经引起了很多人的注意，包括很多体育学者和社会学家，关于回超的研究也很多。如汪流写的《偶然中的必然:“回超”现象的发生学解析》，从发生学的角度给我们详细阐述了“回超”从诞生到发展的发生原理，研究认为,“回超”现象不是单纯的社会活动, 不是简单的体育赛事, 也不是纯粹的足球比赛, 其生成和发展的偶然因素背后, 是中国公民社会的发展壮大、社会活动自组织能力的提升和公共体育服务社会化改革实践的必然。……
