痒停擦剂抗炎止痒作用实验研究

摘要：目的对痒停擦剂的抗炎、止痒和抗过敏作用进行实验研究，为其临床应用提供科学依据。方法分别采用豚鼠局部瘙痒、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀和小鼠迟发型超敏反应模型评价痒停擦剂止痒、抗炎及抗过敏作用。结果痒停擦剂能降低磷酸组胺所致豚鼠局部瘙痒的阈值(P<0.01)；减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀率和蛋清致大鼠足跖肿程度(P<0.05，P<0.01)；降低5%DNCB至小鼠耳廓迟发性超敏反应模型的耳肿程度(P<0.01)。结论痒停擦剂具有止痒、抗炎、抑制迟发超敏反应及调节免疫功能的药理作用。

Effect of Yangting embrocation anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritus

Abstract:ObjectiveStudy on the pharmacological effect of Yangting embrocation anti-inflammatory,anti-pruritus and antianaphylaxis.MethodsRespectively used Guinea pigs to the local itching,mice ear swelling caused by xylene and egg white in rats foot metatarsus swelling and delayed-type hypersensitivity in mice model to evaluate stop itch liniment itching,anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects.ResultsYangting embrocation could increase itch-threshold of cavy caused by histamine phosphate (P<0.01),reduce the rate of mouse ear swelling caused by xylene and egg white degree of swell in rats (P<0.05,P<0.01),reduce 5% DNCB to mice auricle late-onset allergic reaction model of the ear swelling degree (P<0.01).ConclusionYangting embrocation has the pharmacological effects of anti-pruritus,anti-inflammatory,antianaphylaxis,inhibiting delayed-type hypersensitivity and adjusts the immune function.

痒停擦剂由冰片、黄柏、苦参、百部、地肤子等组成，为中药外用酊剂，具有清热除湿杀虫，疏风止痒作用，用于湿疹、皮肤瘙痒症、荨麻疹及过敏性皮炎等症。痒停擦剂做为黑龙江省中医医院的院内制剂在临床应用多年，具有良好的疗效。本实验分别采用磷酸组胺致豚鼠局部瘙痒模型、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀及2，4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)致小鼠耳廓迟发性超敏反应模型从止痒、抗炎和抗过敏作用等方面观察痒停擦剂的药效，为临床应用提供可靠的实验依据。

1实验材料
