宣肺调肝脾方联合顺尔宁片治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘

摘要：目的探讨宣肺调肝脾方联合顺尔宁片治疗小儿风邪犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将87例证属素体脾虚、风邪犯肺型的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予顺尔宁片口服，治疗组给予宣肺调肝脾方联合顺尔宁口服。治疗2个疗程，比较2组患儿总有效率、咳嗽缓解及消失时间。结果治疗组的总有效率88.89%，明显高于对照组的66.67%；治疗组的咳嗽缓解时间(7.11±3.29)d，对照组(8.81±4.03) d；治疗组咳嗽消失时间(11.90±3.03) d，对照组(12.07±2.43) d。2组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论宣肺调肝脾方联合顺尔宁片治疗小儿风邪犯肺型CVA，宣肺健脾调肝，能缓解咳嗽症状，缩短疗程。

Cough variant asthma of children treatment with Xuanfei Tiaoganpi prescription

combined with Singulair tablets

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effects on cough variant asthma (CVA) of children treatment with Xuanfei Tiaoganpi prescription combined Singulair tablets.MethodsThe 87 cases of cough variant asthma in children，and Ferritic Spleen with Fengxie Fanfei type,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group received Singulair tablets oral,and the treatment group on the basis of oral Singulair tablets combined Xuanfei Tiaogan spleen Prescription.Two courses of treatment were compared in children with total efficiency,ease cough and disappearance of time.ResultsThe total efficiency was 88.89% in treatment group,significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group.In treatment group cough relief time was (7.11±3.29) days,while was (8.81±4.03) days in the control group.In the treatment group cough disappeared time was (11.90±3.03) days,while in the control group was (12.07±2.43) days,the two groups,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01).ConclusionXuanfei Tiaogan spleen Prescription combined Singulair tablets treatment with Fengxie Fanfei type of the children CVA,tonifying lungs,liver and spleen,that can relieved cough symptoms and shorten the course of treatment.

咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)是以咳嗽为唯一或主要表现，不伴明显喘息的特殊类型哮喘，是导致儿童慢性咳嗽的最常见病因之一[1]。国内外研究显示,CVA占儿童慢性孤立性咳嗽的17.0%～40.1%[2-3]。患儿咳嗽症状反复发作，迁延不愈，而且有发展为成人哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺气肿的潜在危险，严重影响患儿生存质量，对社会和家庭造成严重的负担。目前西医以吸入糖皮质激素为主要治疗方法，疗程长，患儿及家长依从性欠佳，对儿童的生长和代谢也有一定影响。近年来,中医药治疗CVA的临床研究和报道逐渐增多,显示出了一定的优势[4]。……
