微博反腐的网络舆情信息传播特征研究——以韩树明事件为例

摘要：微博以其极大的信息量与高效的传递速度，对于反腐的作用越来越明显。文章结合典型案例，对经由微博引发的网络舆情信息传播在反腐中的作用进行系统分析，以期为微博反腐的研究与应用提供参考。

about anti-corruption through Weibo

——Taking the Incidence of Han Shu-ming as a case study

Abstract：Since Weibo has widely been disseminating in huge quantity and with high speed, it plays more and more important role in anti-corruption. This article makes a case study of the Incident of Han Shu-ming, and systematically analyzes the role in the dissemination of anti-corruption through Weibo, so as to provide some references for the research of anti-corruption on Weibo.

1引言

微博时代的来临，使得网络信息传播方式发生了巨大的改变，加大了网络舆情危机爆发的风险，同时也改变了网络舆情的传播过程。据相关统计显示，在39个网络反腐案例中，通过微博渠道传播的就有11起。[1]许多举报材料虽然在其他网站就已经发过，但直到转发至微博上才获得大量关注。微博的强大影响力，在很大程度上推动了纪检部门的查处力度。

以韩树明事件为例。2013年1月因赵红霞开房不雅视频事件，韩树明被中共重庆市委免除长寿区委副书记、区长职务。2013年7月24日下午，重庆市第四届人大常委会第四次会议举行第二次全体会议，表决通过对韩树明采取刑事拘留措施。

因此，微博在反腐舆情传播中扮演的角色不容忽视。通过研究微博的传播特征与规律，才能更好地认识和利用微博开展反腐。

王铿崎、张韵、余波和刘丽芳等学者研究了微博的传播特征和效果，发现微博作为一个相对公开公平的平台，具有快速、低成本等特点，吸引了很多草根客户，使人们可以畅所欲言。……
