浅谈影响妇产科学临床实习教学质量的因素及对策

摘要：从现行实习制度和管理、教师和学生自身以及医疗环境等角度分析了当前影响妇产科学临床实习教学质量的主要因素，提出了重新规划本科课程、落实责任、严格奖惩制度、建立良好医患关系，充分利用各种教学资源等应对策略。

Countermeasures and the Influencing Factors

of Clinical Practice Teaching Quality in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Abstract：Influencing factors of clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology were discussed from the angles of practice system in force and management, teachers and students themselves and medical environment. Corresponding factors were proposed, including re-arranging undergraduate courses, making sure the responsibilities, carrying out strict awards and punishment, establishing better doctor-patient relationships, and making the best use of various teaching resources.

临床实习是医学教育的关键环节，是医学生转变为医生的必经之路。目前的临床教学状况并不尽人意，面临着许多新的问题和挑战，尤其是妇产科学，其特殊性在于面对女性群体，易于涉及隐私，容易使实习教学受到阻碍，处理不当甚至会引发医疗纠纷[1]。为了提高实习教学质量，本文对妇产科临床实习教学中存在的问题进行了总结和分析，并提出了解决对策。
