摘要：随着计算机技术的迅速发展和普及，对于图形图像制作专业来说如何抓好专业课程的教学改革，培养符合社会发展需求的高技能人才成为我们关注的问题。作为一种人才培养模式的现代学徒制在图形图像制作专业的专业课程教学中具有独特优势，对于我们解决现阶段高职教育中的诸多问题具有一定的针对性。本文在现代学徒制培养模式的基础上提出了图形图像制作专业的专业课程教学改革的探讨，讨论如何在课程教学实践中做好课程重建等方面的具体工作，使传统的教学模式有所创新。

Exploration and Practice of the Modern Apprenticeship System in the Teaching of Graphics and Images

Abstract： With the rapid development and popularization of computer technology， it is a problem for us to pay special attention to the teaching reform of the professional course in the production of graphic images. As a kind of talent training mode of the modern apprenticeship in the graphics and image production professional course teaching has unique advantages， for us to solve many problems in Higher Vocational education. Based on the modern apprenticeship system， this paper puts forward a discussion on the reform of professional course teaching in the production of graphic images， and discusses how to do the work of curriculum reconstruction in the curriculum teaching practice.

1 概述

2014年8月教育部颁布《教育部关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》（教职成[2014]9号）明确指出，“深化产教融合、校企合作，进一步完善校企合作育人机制，创新技能人才培养模式，积极开展现代学徒制试点工作”。广州工程技术职业学院图形图像制作专业是学校的特色专业，一直致力推行现代学徒制教学模式的试点工作，在专业课程的教学中进行教学改革，使学生不仅能学习到专业知识，也能进行技能训练，促进职业素质的养成。通过学校仿真研发中心和校企合作企业师傅带徒形式，依据图形图像制作专业培养方案进行岗位技能训练，真正实现校企一体化育人。

本研究将以现代学徒制为基础，全面修改图形图像制作专业的人才培养方案及教学方式与方法，从多方面构建适合图形图像制作专业高技能人才培养的模式的培养内容、培养方式、质量评价体系等。……
