摘要：随着信息技术与教育的深度融合，网络学习将受到越来越多学习者的青睐。该文以现代行为科学为视角，分析了网络学习行为的内涵、特征，剖析了影响学习者网络学习行为的因素。探讨了教育者如何更好地开展基于网络学习的教学实践，为研究网络行为发生规律，提高网络学习效果奠定了基础。

Theory of the Factors Influencing the Students' Learning Behavior under the Network Environment

Abstract： Along with the depth of integration information technology and education， e-Learning will be favored by more and more learners. In this thesis， which from the perspective of modern behavioral science， it analyzes the content and features of the e-Learning behavior and analyzes the factors that influence learning behavior of learners. that discusses the education how to better carry out teaching practice on e-Learning， it lay the foundation that for researching of the rules of e-learning behavior and improving the effect.

在网络时代，各种基于计算机和互联网的新技术不断涌现在我们生活、学习的方方面面。利用网络进行学习，似乎再也不是一个新鲜的事物了。伴随着信息技术在教育领域的不断的渗透和扩张，从教育者的角度来看，各种新式的教学理念和模式层出不穷，从E-Learning（Electronic Learning）进入校园到开放教育资源（Open Educational Resources）、开放课程（Open Courseware）、再到混合式学习（Blended Learning）、翻转课堂、微课、慕课等。越来越多的教师深刻地体会到在信息技术的应用和创新之下，教学模式和教学方法所带来的巨大变革。

1 研究的意义

互联网技术发展到当今，已经远远不只是用来传递信息和共享资源的工具，而是可以全方位的渗透于受教育者学习、成长的各个层面。对于广大学生来说，他们可谓是最能够展现和体现信息技术对教学所带来影响的群体，但是结果往往不如想象中那么理想。由于在网络环境中，教学资源是丰富多样的，而学生的学习行为是自主灵活的，学习环节往往缺乏有效的监督，学习效果差强人意。……
