摘要 我国农村生活污水收集率与处理率低，成为制约农村水环境保护的重要因素。在总结我国农村水污染现状的基础上，以吉林省农村为例，研究了农村生产、生活污水处理现状与存在的问题，提出建立科学的农村生活污水收集体系和合理的污水处理工艺技术，并提出了经济及政策支持等综合治理对策，旨在为吉林农村生活污水处理提供解决途径。

Rural Water Pollution Status and Management Hypothesis of Jilin Province

Abstract In China rural area， the proportions of sewage collection and treatment was low. It has become the important factor of restricting the rural water environment protection. The current situation of the rural water pollution in China was summarized. Taking Jilin Province as an example， the rural production and living sewage treatment status and existing problems were proposed. The scientific rural sewage collection system and reasonable sewage treatment technology was obtained， and comprehensive control countermeasures for economic and policy support also were presented， so as to provide solutions for rural sewage treatment in Jilin Province.

随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，农村水污染情况不容乐观。国家在“十二五”规划纲要中也提出要加快社会主义新农村建设，推进农村环境综合整治，其中水污染综合治理是重中之重。因此深入研究农村生活污水处理现状与存在的问题，提出综合治理对策，具有重要的社会意义和实用价值。吉林省是我国农业大省，截至2010年，吉林省人口总数2 746万人，而农村人口占全省一半左右，可见吉林省农村人口不仅数量大，而且所占比重偏高。笔者通过对吉林省农村水污染现状的调查，提出了适合吉林省农村污水治理

的工艺策略和政策策略，为科学治理农村水污染、改善农村

地区的生态环境提供有益的帮助。
