【摘要】目的：观察分析沟通技巧在健康体检护理中的应用效果。方法：以2014年1月～2015年1月作为研究时间段，收集符合该时间段的200例健康体检人作为研究对象，遵循计算机随机原则进行分组，100例体检者纳入对照组，100例体检者纳入实验组。对照组实施常规护理，实验组同时应用沟通技巧，并对护理结果进行观察。结果：实验组接受健康体检平均时间为（48.5±2.9）min，对照组为（69.3±3.5）min，实验组明显短于对照组，两组数据组间对比差异显著，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义；实验组对护理工作的满意度评分为（96.1±0.8）min，对照组为（82.1±2.6）min，实验组明显高于对照组，两组数据组间对比差异显著，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：在健康体检护理中应用沟通技巧能过缩短体检者接受健康体检的时间，同时对提高护理满意度有重要意义，值得在临床实践中推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the application effect analysis of communication skills in the health examination in nursing. Methods： from 2014 January ～2015 year in January as the study period， 200 cases of healthy people collected to meet the time period as the research object， follow the principle of computer random grouping， 100 healthy persons in the control group， 100 subjects in the experimental group. The control group received the routine nursing， the experimental group at the same time the application of communication skills， and the results were observed and nursing. Results： the experimental group received health examination for the average time （48.5 + 2.9） min， the control group （69.3 + 3.5） min， the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group， the difference of two groups of data between the groups significantly， P < 0.05， the difference was statistically significant； the experimental group of nursing work satisfaction score of （96.1 + 0.8） min， the control group （82.1 + 2.6） min， the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group， the difference of two groups of data between the groups significantly， P < 0.05， the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion： the application of communication skill can shorten the examination in the health examination in nursing persons receiving health examination time， and has important significance to improve nursing satisfaction， worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.

随着社会大众物质生活水平的不断提升，人们对于健康的需求与关注也在日益增长。健康体检作为定时评估健康状态，及时发现疾病并进行治疗的手段之一，其参与人数近年来有非常明显的增多趋势[1]。如何提高对健康体检对象的护理工作水平是值得高度重视的问题之一[2-3]。为观察分析沟通技巧在健康体检护理中的应用效果，本次研究中以2014年1月～2015年1月作为研究时间段，收集符合该时间段的200例健康体检人作为研究对象，随机分组下以不同的方法进行护理，对护理效果进行对比分析，具体数据结果总结如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

以2014年1月～2015年1月作为研究时间段，收集符合该时间段的200例健康体检人作为研究对象，遵循计算机随机原则进行分组，100例体检者纳入对照组，100例体检者纳入实验组。对照组中，男性为53例，女性为47例，年龄在15～60周岁内，平均（41.5±1.6）岁；实验组中，男性为50例，女性为50例，年龄在15～60周岁内，平均（42.5±0.9）岁。……
