【摘要】：皮损内注射糖皮质激素是皮肤科常用的治疗方式，近年来关于“糖皮质激素皮损内注射”治疗皮肤科疾病的论文很多，笔者注意到其中较多的表述为“糖皮质激素局部封闭”。然而参考相关文献及发展历史，在皮肤科的应用中，皮肤科医师不叫局部封闭，而称之为局部注射或皮损内注射。综合以上，故笔者认为还是称之为局部注射或皮损内注射更为妥帖规范。

【Abstract】Intralesional corticosteroids are commonly used in dermatology treatments， many thesis about "the lesional corticosteroid injections" treat dermatological diseases in recent years， many of which the author notes described as "partial closure of glucocorticoids . "However， reference to the relevant literature and history of the development， applications in dermatology， dermatologist not called partial closure， and called the local injection or intralesional injection. Based on the above， so I believe it is called locally or intralesional injection of more appropriateness specifications.

皮损内注射糖皮质激素是皮肤科常用的治疗方式，在皮损处表皮内多点状局部注射或真皮浅层浸润注射；常用的药物有2.5℅泼尼松龙混悬液、1℅曲安西龙混悬液，复方倍他米松注射液等，配加2℅利多卡因混合均匀局部注射。适应症有瘢痕疙瘩及增生性瘢痕、囊肿性痤疮、慢性盘状红斑狼疮、硬斑病、斑秃、环状肉芽肿、结节性痒疹、局限性神经性皮炎、慢性湿疹结节性皮损、皮肤淀粉样变、类脂质渐进性坏死等局限性皮损[1]。

皮损内注射糖皮质激素治疗皮肤病中的一个典型疾病就是斑秃，斑秃俗称“鬼剃头”，是一种常见的突然发生的局限性脱发，局部皮肤正常，无自觉症状。基础病变是炎症细胞浸润和毛囊退行性变。其病因尚不明确，目前普遍认为斑秃是一种具有遗传素质和环境激发因素的自身免疫性疾病[2]。活动性脱发、多发性脱发斑和重症斑秃是应用糖皮质激素的适应症，可有效控制炎症，阻止脱发的进一步发展，诱发毛发再生过程[1]。……
