摘 要：介绍了乙酸乙酯生产综合实训系统的工艺流程，针对系统的控制要求，采用TDCS9200型DCS实现对乙酸乙酯生产实训系统的控制，介绍了DCS系统的软硬件设计，系统配置和实现的功能。该乙酸乙酯DCS控制系统自投用以来，运行稳定，安全可靠，控制效果较好。该实训系统有利于提高学生的工程实践操作能力、掌握化工单元过程的操作方法，同时为培养高层次、具有实践技能的石油化工人才提供了良好平台。

Control System Based on DCS

Abstract： The technological process of the ethyl acetate production comprehensive training system was introduced. Aimed at the needs of the control， control of the ethyl acetate production comprehensive training system was realized by using TDCS9200 DCS.The hardware and software design，system configuration and function of the DCS were introduced. Since the control system has been put into use， the system is stable， secure and reliable. The control effect of the system is fine. The training system can help students improve the ability of engineering practice， master the operation method of chemical unit process， at the same time， it can also provide a good platform for cultivating petroleum and chemical engineering high level talents which have practical skills.

乙酸乙酯（EA）又名醋酸乙酯，分子式C4H8O2，是一種重要的有机化工原料，是一种快干性溶剂，具有令人愉快的香气。乙酸乙酯有多种用途，可作为制造乙酰胺、乙酰乙酸酯、甲基庚烯酮、合成香料以及其它有机化合物的原料;在纺织工业中用作清洗剂，在食品工业中用作芳香剂，在香料工业中是最重要的香料添加剂。可作为许多类树脂的高效溶剂，广泛应用于油墨、人造革、胶黏剂等的生产中，也是制造药物、染料的原料。乙酸乙酯由于其特殊的性能，在世界化工市场相当活跃，近年来乙酸乙酯的需求在不断增加[1-4]。

基于DCS的乙酸乙酯生产综合实训系统是根据实际典型流程化工生产，完全按照工厂实际生产状况并结合教学实训的要求而进行工程化设计的教学实训平台。该实训系统能进行乙酸乙酯产品的真实安全生产和连续化实体运行，是中国石油大学（华东）化学工程学院专业工程实训的重要项目，是国内首套用于高校实训教学的中试实训装置，对于强化学生对理论知识的理解，提高学生的实践操作技能，掌握化工单元过程的操作方法，具有非常重要的作用。……
