【摘要】目的 探讨裸花紫珠片联合复方甘草酸苷治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法 将74例过敏性紫癜患者随机分为治疗组37例和对照组37例，两组均给予抗过敏、改善毛细血管通透性以及抗感染等常规治疗，对照组在常规治疗基础上加用复方甘草酸苷，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用裸花紫珠片及复方甘草酸苷，比较两组患者的疗效。 结果 治疗组总有效率为94.59%%，明显高于对照组75.68%（P<0.05）。结论 裸花紫珠片联合复方甘草酸苷配合常规治疗能有效控制过敏性紫癜，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Object To investigate the effect of famotidine and compound glycyrrhizin on anaphylactoid purpura. Methods 74 cases anaphylactoid purpura were randomly divided into treatment group （37 cases） and control group（37 cases）. All patients were treated with routine therapy ， such as anti-histamine drugs，anti biotics，vitamin C and Calcium gluconate. Except routine therapy， the control group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin；except routine therapy， the treatment group were treated with famotidine and compound glycyrrhizin.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 94.59% and 75.68%（P<0.05）.Conclusion Famotidine and compound glycyrrhizin are certainly worth of clinical application in anaphylactoid purpura.

过敏性紫癜是一种毛细血管变态反应性疾病。其病变范围广泛，临床表现多样，可累及全身多个系统，本病在临床上可分为单纯型、腹型、关节型、肾型及混合型等几种临床类型[1]。本文探讨裸花紫珠片联合复方甘草酸苷治疗单纯型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选择2011年12月至2013年12月我院皮肤科门诊接诊的过敏性紫癜患者74例，按《中国临床皮肤病学》第一版的皮肤血管炎章节中的过敏性紫癜（单纯型）的临床表现标准进行临床诊断[1]。所有患者均在知情同意的情况下，依据治疗方式不同分为对照组37例和治疗组37例，两组性别、年龄及临床分型差异无统计学意义。

1.2排除标准 ①1周内曾使用糖皮质激素者；②严重的肝、肾、关节功能损害者；③孕妇、哺乳期妇女，3岁以下的儿童；④有多种药物过敏史者。

1.3治疗方法

所有病例均给予饮食控制、避剧烈运动免、加强营养及避免接触过敏原，消除可能致敏的诱因，并给予抗过敏（氯雷他定）、抑制血小板聚集（双嘧达莫）、改善毛细血管通透性（曲克芦丁、维生素C）以及抗感染（有感染证据者）等常规治疗。……
