摘要：加强毕业设计过程管理，提高毕业设计质量，对进一步增强学生专业应用能力，实现学生从学校到社会的无缝对接尤为重要。在近些年土木工程专业毕业设计管理的改革与实践中，通过采取提前切入课题、实行集中设计与指导模式、制定质量控制手册、采取分阶段计分与评价、实施严格的考勤制度等措施，保证了设计时间、精力投入和正常教学秩序，实现了毕业设计质量与进度的有效控制，取得了良好效果。

关键词：土木工程；毕业设计；教学质量；过程管理

Abstract： In order to further enhance the students' professional ability and achieve them seamless interfacing from college to community ，It is particularly important to Strengthen the graduation design process management and improve the quality of graduation design.The design time， energy devotion and normal teaching order was ensured，and the quality and progress of the graduation design was controlled effectively by cutting into subject in advance， carrying out the mode of centralized design and guidance，establishing quality control manual， taking score and evaluation in stages and implementing stick check attendance system. These measures have been proved to be effective in practice.

畢业设计是土木工程专业学生在校期间的最后也是最长的一个实践性教学环节[1]，是毕业前夕把大学所学的基础知识、专业知识运用于工程实际的一次演练，亦是一个对系统知识查漏补缺、融会贯通的过程，是学生从学校学习到社会从业实现无缝对接的桥梁[2]。总而言之，毕业设计对学生的综合素质、工程实践能力和创新精神的培养都具有十分重要的作用[3]。所以说，毕业设计的成效和质量，直接关系到能否达到培养方案中既定的培养目标要求[4]，也能反映一所高校的办学质量和水平，直接影响学生从业后能力的发挥[5，6]。

影响毕业设计成效和质量的因素有很多，比如指导模式、师资水平、条件设施、设计时间、监管措施、成绩评定方法标准等。目前，很多高校都已经或正在就如何提高毕业设计质量上进行有益的探索和改革，取得了一定的成效。下面，笔者就以土木工程专业（建筑工程方向）为例，将学院一直坚持和近年来所进行的主要改革措施简要总结，希望能对同类院校的毕业设计教学有所启发。……
