摘要：逆向物流是物品沿着供应链由下游节点至上游节点流动时所产生的一系列活动，作为物流的逆过程，逆向物流具有更多的复杂性和不确定性。在逆向物流领域相关学者研究的基础上，对逆向物流的一些问题进行探讨，以期加深对逆向物流的认识，并指导相应的实施管理实践，促进逆向物流的发展和完善，对环保作出一定的贡献。首先从概念入手，探讨逆向物流与物流以及销售的关系；然后从驱动因素以及电子商务的影响方面介绍逆向物流的发展；最后对逆向物流的实施和管理进行讨论，并提出具体建议。

Consideration on Several Issues of Reverse Logistics

Abstract：The reverse logistics includes the activities brought about by articles when they move along the supply chain from the downstream node to a upstream node.As the reverse of logistics，reverse logistics has more complexity and uncertainty.Based on the research of related scholars，this paper discusses some problems of reverse logistics，in order to bring about a deeper understanding on reverse logistics and guide the corresponding implementation and management practices and promote the development and improvement of reverse logistics，which may make some contribution to the environment protection.Based on the concepts，the paper first explores the relationship among reverse logistics，logistics and sales.Then it introduces the development of reverse logistics by talking about the effect of its driving factors and electronic commerce.In the end，the implementation and management is discussed and some relevant suggestions are put forward.

1逆向物流的概念

美国物流管理协会对于逆向物流的概念是：为了资源回收以及处理废弃物，在有效及适当成本下，对原材料、在制品、成品和相关信息，从消费点到原始出产点的流动和储存进行规划、执行与管理的过程，从而达到回收价值和适当处置的目的。……
