摘要：城市声环境污染是当今社会主要的环境污染问题之一。本文以哈尔滨市区设置监测点监测数据为基础，通过对市区声环境质量状况、生活在不同等效声级下的人口分布情况、区域声环境声源构成状况、城市功能区声环境情况分析，并根据相关标准运用统计和平均法对哈尔滨2006～2010年间的声环境进行了评价。研究结果表明，在 “十一五”期间，哈尔滨市声环境质量保持稳定。市区区域声环境质量为轻度污染，年际间没有明显变化。市区道路交通声环境质量为好，长度加权平均等效声级均达到国家标准，年际间没有明显变化。市区各功能区声环境质量昼间达标率高于夜间，工业区达标率高于其它类功能区，交通干线两侧区域噪声超标严重，尤以夜间为甚。 监测和改善声环境质量仍不可忽视。

Harbin Urban Acoustic Environment Quality Research in 2006-2010

Abstract：The city acoustic environment pollution is one of the major environmental pollution problems in todays society.In this paper，based on the monitoring data of Harbin city，and through the analysis on the urban acoustic environment quality condition，population distribution living in different equivalent sound levels，regional acoustic environment sound source condition，sound environment situation analysis of urban functional areas，the sound environment of Harbin in 2006-2010 was evaluated according to the related standards using the method of statistics and the average.The results showed that during the “11th FiveYear”，the acoustic environmental quality in Harbin remained stable.The acoustic environmental quality in the urban area was light pollution，no significant changes between years.Urban road traffic acoustic environmental quality was good.The length weighted average equivalent sound level was up to national standards，which did not change significantly between years.The compliance rate of various functional areas of acoustic environmental quality at daytime was higher than nighttime urban.Industrial zones compliance rate was higher than the other functional areas.The transportation routes on both sides of the region had seriously excessive noise，particularly at night staggering.Therefore，monitor and improving the acoustic environment quality is still can not be ignored.
