摘要：为了更好地保护好汗马保护区，通过两年，91条276 km样线，5910个样方，40套监测设备及12块固定样地的科考调查，统计出保护区内共有野生植物620种，隶属于110科296属；大型真菌179种，隶属于29科72属；陆栖脊椎动物293种，其中鸟类16目44科204种，兽类6目16科51种，鱼类6目9科28种，两栖爬行类4目7科10种。保护区拥有丰富的野生动植物资源和景观资源。其所表现出来的完整性、代表性、多样性、自然性、适宜性、稀有性和脆弱性，都使得其对于内蒙古大兴安岭地区乃至国家生物多样性保护具有重要的意义。

The Current Situation and Evaluation of the Biodiversity

of Hanma National Nature Reserve

Abstract：In order to better protect the Hanma Nature Reserve，a total of 91 transects of 276km，5910 plots，and 40 sets of monitoring equipment，were established in 12 fixed sample plots within two years.It is concluded that within the nature reserve，there are 620 wild plant species，which belong to 110 families，296 genus；There are 179 macrofungi species，which belong to 29 families and 72 genus；There are 293 kinds of terrestrial vertebrates，including birds with 16 orders，204 species，and 44 families；mammals with 6 orders，16 families and 51 species；fish species with 6 orders，9 families，and 28 species；amphibians and reptiles with 4 orders，7 families，and 10 species.Hanma National Nature Reserve has abundant wildlife and landscape resources.Due to its integrity，representativeness，diversity，naturality，suitability，rarity and vulnerability，it is of vital importance for biodiversity conservation in Daxinganling region and the country.

1保护区的自然概况

1.1地理位置与区域范围

汗马国家级自然保护区位于内蒙古大兴安岭西坡北部，行政隶属于内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市根河市，地理坐标为东经122°23′34″～122°52′46″，北纬51°20′02″～51°49′48″，东临黑龙江省呼中国家级自然保护区，南接内蒙古甘河林业局，西与内蒙古金河林业局接壤，北与内蒙古阿龙山林业局为界。……
