【摘要】建筑工程设备安装，是目前建筑工程中的重要组成部分，随着建筑工程的增加，以及科技带来的工程内设备的不断增多，建筑工程设备安装市场前景将越来越广阔。加强建筑工程设备安装过程的管理，保障工程设备安装质量，已经成为建筑施工企业管理中的一项重点。文中就建筑工程设备安装现状分析、建筑工程设备安装过程的管理及建筑工程设备安装前景展望进行了必要的阐述。

Abstract：Construction equipment installation， is an important part of the construction project， with the increase in construction projects， as well as the increase in the number of engineering equipment， construction equipment installation market prospects will become increasingly broad. 在建筑工程施工中，設备安装是一项重要的工作，做好这项工作有利于设备更好的发挥功能，提高建筑工程施工质量和效益。但是，在设备安装的施工管理中，由于受到技术、施工人员等影响，施工管理仍然存在着一些不足，影响安装工程的质量和设备的正常运行。在实际工作中必须改变这种情况，加强设备安装的施工管理工作，严格按照规定进行安装，使设备更好的发挥作用，促进建筑工程施工建设质量和效益的提高。

一、建筑工程设备安装现状分析

建筑工程中的设备安装项目种类较多，电梯、中央空调、给排水设备、消防设备、高低压配电设备等。目前我国的建筑工程设备安装采用招投标形式进行，但是许多承包单位在将整体工程投标后，分包给多个小公司进行，本身只通过现场派驻几名技术人员跟踪。而派驻的技术人员也并非全天在现场。加上小公司企业技术力量薄弱，人员配备不齐全，常常造成工程设备安装施工过程留下了设备隐患。……
