【摘 要】目的：研讨老年功能性烧心患者运用莫沙比利与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片（黛力新）治疗的临床价值。方法：随机74例老年功能性烧心病例分组，对照组37例单纯予莫沙比利口服，观察组37例选择联合黛力新治疗，针对两组的总体给药情况作比较和评估。结果：给药前，两组的烧心、胸痛积分对比基本相当，无显著差异（P>0.05），给药后，观察组两项积分相比对照组均明显降低，有显著差异（P<0.05）。在临床药效上，观察组的总治愈率达89.2%，与对照组的70.3%相比明顯增高，有显著差异（P<0.05）。两组给药期间均未发生严重不良症状。结论：采取莫沙比利与黛力新合用方案对老年功能性烧心患者进行治疗具有较理想药效，且安全可靠，适合在临床推广。

Abstract：Objective：To discuss the clinical value of the elderly functional heartburn treated with mosapride and flupenthixol melitracen（Dai Li Xin）.Methods：74 cases of elderly patients with functional heartburn were randomly divided into 2 groups.37 cases in the control group were only treated with mosapride，37 cases in the observation group were only treated with mosapride and Dai Li Xin.Then the overall situation of the two groups was compared and evaluated.Results：Before the treatment，the scores of heartburn，integral chest pain of the two groups have no significant difference（P>0.05），but after the treatment，the two scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group，with significant differences（P<0.05）.On clinical efficacy，the total cure rate of the observation group was 89.2%，which was significantly higher than the control group（70.3%）with significant difference（P<0.05）.There were both no serious adverse symptoms during the drug using in the two groups.Conclusion：The curative effect of the elderly functional heartburn treated with mosapride and Dai Li Xin is ideal，safe and reliable，suitable for clinical promotion.

功能性烧心（FH）是目前消化内科的常见病之一，多因无病理性胃食道反流造成，患者症状包括胸骨后烧灼感、疼痛等，严重影响到其日常工作及作息。莫沙比利、黛力新是近年常用于治疗该病的两种药物，合用药效肯定。本文主要合用该两者治疗FH，总体治疗情况较理想，现阐述如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本组74例老年功能性烧心资料来源于2013年12月-2015年3月，其中男有43例，女有31例，年龄分布60～73岁，平均（64.3±3.1）岁；入选与罗马Ⅲ诊断标准[1]吻合者，排除伴内科重症、经24hPH测定未见异常酸暴露和过敏体质者。依照随机对照试验原则分两组对比，组间性别、年龄等普通资料均相似，P>0.05，适合统计。

1.2 方法

对照组37例单纯予莫沙比利（成都康弘药业，批号：H20031110）口服，剂量取5mg，每日3次。观察组37例合用莫沙比利与黛力新（丹麦灵北药厂，批号：H20130126）治疗，前者使用方法及剂量同上述，后者剂量取1片（氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛：0.5mg/10mg），于晨间温水送服。

两组疗程相同，均为4周。
