【摘 要】目的：探讨瑞氏染色镜检在血常规检验中的重要性。方法：随机选取200例样本，同时使用五分类血球仪和人工涂片镜检进行有核细胞分类计数。结果：多数样本两种方法无显著性差异，但部分淋巴细胞和单核细胞仪器与人工检测结果差异较大。结论：血球分析仪只是血常规检验的初筛手段，人工涂片镜检可进一步分析，提高检验结果的准确性，在血常规检验中必不可少。

Abstract：Objective：To investigate the importance of Wright staining microscopy in blood examination.Methods：Randomly select 200 sample.Using the 5DF blood cell analyzer and microscopic examination of cell counting and classification at the same time，.Results：there were no significant differences between the two methods of the most of the samples，But the instruments and the artificial detection of the part of the lymphocytes and the single nuclear cells was different.Conclusion：blood cell analyzer is blood test screening method and artificial smear can be further analysis，so as to improve the accuracy of test results，essential in the blood routine examination.

血常規检验一直是临床检验最基础、最重要的检查项目之一，其检测结果可以发现很多疾病的早期迹象，判断病人是否有血液系统疾病，骨髓造血功能是否正常，为临床医生在疾病的早期治疗中起到一定的指导作用。随着全自动检测技术的飞速发展，传统的显微镜检测技术正在逐步被高科技的全自动血球检测仪所替代，但两者之间结果的可比性尚在验证之中。我院随机抽取样本200份，采用法国ABX五分类血球仪和人工镜检两种方法进行有核细胞的分类计数，并将检测数据进行统计学处理，寻找其规律，对日后的血常规检验工作起到一定的指导作用。

1资料与方法：

1.1资料

从我院临床送检样本中随机抽取200例，其中分类正常样本58例，中性粒细胞升高样本47例，淋巴细胞升高样本37例，单核细胞升高样本23例，嗜酸性粒细胞升高样本27例，嗜酸性粒细胞升高样本8例，对以上样本同时使用五分类血球仪和人工涂片镜检进行有核细胞的分类计数。……
