【摘  要】传统的教学模式教学方法较单一，是以教师为主体、学生只是被动的接受知识，方法较古板、教学效果不理想，抑制了学生的主动性和创造力，为了培养实用性人才、适应于职业教育的发展，在病案教学中采用PBL教学法，将更适用于病案教学的特点。以问题为导向的教学方法（PBL），是以学生为中心的教学方式，明显的提高学生效率和实践技能。在工作中以具体的哪个科病历编码特点，通过师生互动的讨论，增加学生对各个科编码思路，最终提高学生主诊断的编码水平。

Abstract：the teaching mode of traditional teaching method is single，is the teachers as the main body，students just passively accept knowledge，the method is relatively rigid，the teaching effect is not ideal，suppresses the students' initiative and creativity，in order to cultivate practical talents，adapted to the development of vocational education，in the medical teaching with PBL teaching method，will be more suitable for the characteristics of medical teaching.Problem oriented（PBL）teaching method，is based on students as the center of teaching methods，significantly improve the efficiency of students and practice skills.In work with specific characteristics which section of the medical record coding，by discussing the interaction between teachers and students，increase the students' various coding idea，eventually improve the level of students the main diagnostic codes.

病案教學是一门医学基础课，在基础医学与临床医学之间起到承上启下的桥梁作用，主要是研究疾病的发生发展规律的科学，它的内容较抽象，学生难以理解，传统的教学方法是以教师为主体，大部分内容都是由教师讲解的、学生是被动的接受知识，加重了学生课后消化吸收的负担。PBL教学法又称问题式学习，是一套基于问题设计的学习方法。PBL教学法是以学生为主体、以问题为中心、以小组讨论为形式的教学法，本着立足基础、注重能力、结合临床的原则，调动学生的积极性，更能激发学生的学习兴趣。

1 PBL教学法

（1）提出专科编码问题。（2）学生查找学习资料。（3）分科讨论主诊断编码。（4）教师总结归纳。

2 PBL教学法在病案科教学过程的实施

2.1提出以专科为主要编码问题。每个科室的编码都有各自的特点和难点。以产科的编码为例：产科的编码是强烈优先编码，也就是只要向产科求医，就需优先编码。……
