【摘  要】目的  研究1007型萨勃心肺复苏机应用于急诊心肺复苏中的临床效果。方法  选择本院在2014年1月-12月收治的100例心脏停搏患者，将其分成观察组和对照组各50例，给予对照组患者常规的抢救治疗方法，给予观察组患者实施1007型萨勃心肺复苏机和机械通气进行抢救治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果  两组患者经过相应的抢救措施后，观察组复苏成功率明显高于对照组，复苏成功患者心肺复苏至心跳恢复时间及撤机时间均明显短于对照组，且出院存活率也明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论  对急诊中需要进行心肺复苏的患者采用萨勃心肺复苏机进行治疗，具有良好的临床使用价值，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical curative effect of type 1007 Thumper CPR machine used in cardiopulmonary resuscitation in emergency.Methods In our hospital were selected from January to December 2014 100 cases of cardiac arrest arrest in patients，divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each，giving control group with conventional treatment，given to the observation group patients implementation type 1007 Thumper cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine and mechanical ventilation for emergency treatment，to observe the curative effect of two groups of patients.Results Two groups of patients after the corresponding treatment，the observation group recovery success rate was significantly higher than that of the control group，the recovery of heart and lung recovery in patients with heart recovery time and withdrawal time were significantly shorter than the control group，and the hospital survival rate was significantly higher than the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion The emergency need for cardiopulmonary resuscitation of patients were treated by Thumper cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine and has a good clinical value，it is worth for clinical use.

近年来，专家们更加意识到胸外按压的质量问题是提高心肺复苏（CPR）成功率的关健，而机械装置辅助的胸外按压是解决这一问题的有效办法[1]。萨勃心肺复苏机是依照相关标准而设计的机械CPR设备，其巧妙而严谨的设计使胸外按压与机械通气同步，准确有效进行，极大地提高了CPR的成功率，且操作方便、快捷[2]。现对本院收治的100例心脏停搏（CA）患者的临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析，具体情况如下。

1基本资料与方法

1.1基本资料

选取我院在2014年1月-12月收治的100例心脏停搏患者，将其分成观察组和对照组各100例。其中包括男性58例，女性42例，患者的年龄在21-72岁之间，平均年龄（57.9±1.5）岁。所有患者均为急诊科就诊时或就诊过程中经心电图或心电监护证实发生CA，时间在10分钟之内。导致CA的原因：心源性36例，四肢创伤20例，脑血管病15例，过敏性休克12例，溺水7例，电击伤6例，其他4例。……
