5种除草剂防除油菜田主要杂草的比较试验

摘 要:研究了5种除草剂对油菜田主要杂草的防效。结果表明:35%乙·异恶松EC 1 200 g·hm-2对看麦娘、猪殃殃、婆婆纳等油菜田主要杂草45 d的防效均在93%以上,防效最优;33%二甲戊灵EC 2 250 g·hm-2,药后45 d对猪殃殃和婆婆纳的防效为89.7%和88.4%,但对禾本科杂草看麦娘的防效较差,仅为61.5%;72%异丙甲草胺EC 1 500 g·hm-2药后45 d对看麦娘的防效为87.7%,对双子叶杂草防效较差;50%敌草胺WP 1 500 g·hm-2药后45 d对单、双子叶杂草防效均低于74.1%,生产中不易单独施用。

Abstract:This paper studied five kinds of herbicide against main weeds in Brassica campestris field. The results showed that the efficacy of acetochlor+clomazone 35%EC 1 200 g·hm-2 was best to control Alopecurus aequalis Sobol, bedstraw, Veronica didyma Tenore, were all above 93% after 45 days. Pendimethalin 33%EC 2 250 g·hm-2 to control bedstraw, Veronica didyma Tenore, were 89.7% and 88.4%,but poaceae weeds Alopecurus aequalis Sobol was 61.5%, the efficacy was poor; the efficacy of metolachlor 72%EC 1 500 g·hm-2 to control Alopecurus aequalis Sobol was 87.7%, the efficacy ofdicotyledonous weeds was poor; Napropamide 50% WP 1 500 g·hm-2 to control monocotyledonous weedsanddicotyledonous weeds were less than 74.1%, unsuitable for separate application.

信阳市是河南省油菜主产区,近几年来出台优惠政策大力发展油菜种植,目前全市种植面积已达到17.33万hm2。杂草一直是制约直播油菜高产、稳产的主要因素之一[1],为有效控制油菜田杂草危害,寻求适合信阳市油菜田除草的药剂,特开展本试验。
1 材料和方法
1.1 试验材料
试验材料如表1。
1.2 试验田概况
试验田前茬为水稻,肥力较高,栽培及水肥管理符合当地农业生产实际。小区长14 m,宽4.3 m,小区面积均为60 m2,大区设计,随机区组排列,3次重复,共21个小区。用手动背负式喷雾器按每公顷兑水750 kg均匀喷雾,每小区用水量为4.5 kg。各小区间筑泥埂隔离,以防串水影响药效。田间优势种杂草为看麦娘、婆婆纳、猪殃殃等。
油菜播种期为2013年10月2日,施药日期为2013年10月7日,天气晴朗,无风,最高温28 ℃,药后3 d无雨,施药时土壤墒情较好,有利于药效发挥。
1.3 调查方法
用药后不定期观察各处理区对油菜的安全性、药害情况、药害程度及药害恢复时间等。试验小区每个处理定4个点,每点0.25 m2,药后30,45 d调查杂草种类、株数,计算防效。……
