Colours in Our Life

The world is full of colours. We should learn how to use colours.

When feeling sad， we can choose bright colours to cheer ourselves up. When feeling stressed， we can use calm colours to make ourselves feel relaxed. In summer， we can wear clothes of light colours. In winter， we can wear clothes of warm colours. They give people more comfortable feeling. In our homes， we can paint the bedrooms blue. The colour can make us sleep well. We can also paint the dining room orange. It is said people will eat more in an orange room.

Lets try to make good use of colours to make our lives better.
