【摘 要】 哈萨克医学中的放血疗法是迅速排出机体瘀滞邪毒的有效方法之一，属于外治法的范畴，具有祛瘀生新，排毒通络止痛之功。文中介绍两位哈萨克医学专家米兰别克及叶力多斯运用放血疗法治疗疾病的经验及其使用放血疗法的注意事项。

Abstract：In the kazakh medicine bloodletting therapy is one of the effective methods， it can rapidly discharge body stasis evil poison ，belongs to the category of external treatment， bloodletting therapy can remove stasis gave birth to a new， dispelling stasis detoxification with pain.In this paper， we introduce two kazakh medical experts Milan and YeLi ，how the experience of using the bloodletting therapy to treat disease， and Matters needing attention when its use bloodletting therapy.

哈萨克医学中的放血疗法，具有活血化瘀、祛瘀生新、通络止痛之功，临证分为动脉放血、静脉放血、拔罐放血等；放血部位可在痛点、额头、舌下、鼻尖等处的大小静脉；可以治疗高血压、高黏血症、局部血液循环障碍、不明原因的疼痛等多种病症[1]。放血的最佳时间为春季，哈医认为春天是万物复苏、生发的季节，人体与自然相对应，春季机体胡瓦特（人体正气）与苏勒（体液）、罕苏勒（血液）等精微物质在运行过程中会将体内沉积已久的瘀血毒素向体外排泄，从而达到推陈致新的目的，此时若顺应机体的自然反应，选取适当部位进行放血治疗，将秽浊毒物彻底排出，可达到事半功倍的排毒效果。哈萨克医学传统放血疗法（印堂、舌下、鼻尖、鼻腔、颈部、肩部、膝关节等部位）可根据患者具体病情，选则不同部位放血驱毒。哈萨克医师通常具有祖传的放血专用器具哈尼达晋尔（ 一种特制的哈医放血金属工具， 形似小斧头） 及针具或刀具（不锈钢、铜质或骨质），制作工艺高超，雕刻纹理具有鲜明的哈萨克民族特色，外形小巧，携带方便，精致耐用。……
