护理管理服务小组在护理管理工作中的实践与探索

目的：探索基于服务型管理模式的护理管理服务小组在护理管理工作中的作用。方法组建护理管理服务小组，明确工作职责，通过护理行政查房、三级查房、护理不良事件跟踪及优秀案例推广等方面开展工作，通过评估服务小组工作量、工作内容、服务小组工作满意度及护士工作满意度对运行效果进行评价。结果护理管理服务小组成员工作积极，帮助整改临床问题140余次，护理工作满意度由2013年的77.96%提高到2014年的85.47%(P<0.01)，科室对服务小组工作总体满意度达94.0%。结论护理管理服务小组在提高护理管理效能、促进年轻护士长更快成长及创造员工良好工作环境等方面有积极促进作用。

Abstract：[Objective] To explore the function of the service-oriented management model in nursing management. [Method] We established the nursing management service group and defined it's duty. It has been operated in nursing round, three-level word round, nursing adverse events tracking, the popularization of excellent examples and so on. To evaluate the its effect, the assessment of nursing management service workload, job content, nursing job satisfaction and nursing management service satisfaction were carried out. [Result] Members’ of nursing management service group help clinical departments to solve problems more than 140 times, working with high enthusiasm. Nursing job satisfaction increased from 77.96% in 2013 to 85.47% in 2014 (P< 0.01).The satisfaction of clinical departments to the nursing management service was 94%. [Conclusion] The service-oriented management model helps improve the effectiveness of nursing management, promotes faster growth of a young head-nurse and creates good environment for nurses.

护理管理工作的有效性取决于护理管理方法的运用，也依赖于护理群体的管理意识与共同参与。较多的研究显示[1-3]，护理管理过程重在检查与监督，缺少温馨的关怀与指导。护理管理者有没有服务意识，对于工作质量、工作创新和工作效果有着至关重要的作用[4]。我院护理部自2013年5月成立护理管理服务小组，将护理管理工作向服务型转变，取得一定成效，现报告如下。

1 方法

1.1 小组组建

1.1.1 人员的筛选与构成 在护士长层面进行筛选，筛选原则：(1)从事护理管理岗位≥8年；(2)接受多次管理知识培训，具有较强的发现问题和创新能力；(3)对护理管理服务工作有较高的积极性。在自愿报名基础上共筛选出10名高年资护士长，内、外科各5名。其中，主任护师3名，副主任护师7名。……
