邻苯二甲酸二(2—乙基)己酯致雄性生殖毒性及其机制的研究进展

[摘要] 邻苯二甲酸二乙基己基酯(DEHP)是邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)代表物,作为增塑剂和增加剂广泛应用于合成化工生产和生活中。近年来大量研究表明:DEHP具有遗传毒性、致癌、致哮喘等多种毒性作用;作为环境内分泌干扰物,目前最为引人关注的是其所致生殖损伤。DEHP的雄性生殖毒性主要表现为生殖结构、睾丸组织以及生殖细胞的异常。该综述主要就DEHP雄性生殖毒性及其机制进行综述。

Research Progress on DEHP-induced Male Reproductive Toxicity and Its Mechanism

[Abstract] Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP)is a representative of phthalatic-acid esters (PAZs), which is extensively used in the synthesis of chemical production and life as a plasticizer. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that DEHP has a variety of toxic effects, such as genotoxicity, carcinogenicity, causing asthma etc. Among them, as an environmental endocrine disruptor, its reproductive toxicity is most concerned, the main manifestations of which were the abnormalities of reproductive structure, testis tissue and germ cells in male. Therefore this paper mainly reviewed the research progress on DEHP-induced male reproductive toxicity and its mechanism.

邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基)己酯[Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,DEHP]是邻苯二甲酸酯类(Phthalatic—acid esters,PAEs)化合物的代表物,作为聚氯乙烯(Poly vinyl chloride,PVC)、驱虫剂、化妆品等物质的生成原料广泛应用于合成化工生产和生活中。DEHP与塑料基质间以非共价键结合,易于从塑料中溶出,致使其与酒精、油脂等成分接触,尤为加热的情况下极易逸出并转移至外环境,是空气、水体、土壤中邻苯二甲酸酯类污染物的主要成分,DEHP的人类暴露通常以经口暴露为主,以食用含DEHP较高的脂类食物为特征:如婴儿配方奶粉、鱼、肉、以及食用油,高剂量暴露则主要发生在职业人群和医疗过程中,职业人群暴露以呼吸道吸入为主要途径,剂量可达0.7 mg/(kg·d);血液透析病人医疗过程暴露可达0.457 mg/(kg·d),除此,DEHP还能通过胎盘和乳汁作用于子代[1]。国内外大量研究表明,DEHP能够引起机体各组织器官损伤,具有一般毒性、致哮喘作用、“三致”效应和生殖毒性。作为环境内分泌干扰物,其生殖毒性受到人们的广泛关注,该综述主要就DEHP致雄性生殖毒性及其机制进行综述。……
