[摘要]目的 探讨分析消化系统肿瘤化疗应用PICC导管的护理质量和服务效果。方法 该研究随机选取2011年3月—2014年11月在该院接受消化系统肿瘤化疗的患者90例作为研究对象进行研究，将90例患者随机分为两组，实验组和对照组，实验组患者45例，对照组患者45例。对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用PICC导管护理，观察两组患者护理效果和患者不良反应出现几率。 结果 实验组患者的护理有效率为95.56%，对照组患者有效率为80%，P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。实验组出现不良护理有5例，发生几率为5.56%，对照组患者出现不良护理有20例，发生几率为44.44%。实验组患者护理满意度为95.56%，实验组患者护理满意度为73.53%。两组患者满意度和并发症发生几率差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。 结论 PICC导管的应用，可以避免刺激性并发症，避免了穿刺为患者带来的痛苦，有效提高了患者的护理满意度。

Observation on the Effect of Nursing for Digestive Cancer Patients Treated by Chemotherapy with PICC Catheter

[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the quality and effect of nursing for digestive cancer patients treated by chemotherapy with PICC catheter. Methods 90 cases with digestive cancer underwent chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2011 to November 2014 were selected for the study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups， the experimental group and the control group with 45 cases in each. The control group was given the conventional nursing， and the experimental group was given PICC catheter nursing. And the nursing efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The nursing response rate of the experimental group was 95.56%， and that of the control group was 80%， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant， P<0.05. Adverse nursing events occurred in 5 cases in the experimental group with the incidence of 5.56%， and those occurred in 20 cases in the control group with the incidence of 44.44%， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant， P<0.05. The patients satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group was 95.56%， and that in the control group was 73.53%， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant， P<0.05. Conclusion For digestive cancer patients， application of PICC catheter can avoid the incidence of irritating complications and the pain caused by the puncture and improve the patients satisfaction with care.

PICC导管是外周静脉穿刺中心静脉插管化疗的方法，在肿瘤化疗的治疗中应用非常广泛，目前还被引用到早产儿肠外营养的治疗当中，也取得了不错的疗效。我国经济不断的进步发展，国家对医疗卫生单位的服务质量也提出更严格的要求，促进医疗卫生不断的进步和发展，医疗卫生单位也响应号召，积极的改革创新，寻求更加先进的服务理念，提高医疗卫生治疗和护理的质量，为患者提供更好的就医环境[1]。PICC导管的应用，降低了中心静脉穿刺的风险，消化系统肿瘤治疗，PICC导管的应用，可以避免刺激性并发症，避免了穿刺为患者带来的痛苦，有效提高了患者的护理满意度。为了避免患者在长期治疗中忍受静脉穿刺带来的痛苦，PICC导管就被广泛的应用。
