[摘要] 目的 探讨头痛宁胶囊对偏头痛的临床治疗效果及对血小板与血液流变学的影响。方法 随机选择该院2013年4月—2014年12月该院收治的150例偏头痛患者作为研究对象，把150例患者随机均分为两组，一组为对照组给予西比灵胶囊进行治疗，另一组为观察组给予头痛宁胶囊进行治疗，两组患者均以14 d作为1个疗程，对比两组患者临床治疗效果和血小板、血液流变学等指标变化。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为90.7%，对照组治疗总有效率为73.3%，观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组。观察组血小板和血液流变学指标和治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 观察组应用头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛可以有效抑制血小板的聚集，使全血黏度降低，使患者的血液循环得到有效的改善，在偏头痛的治疗中更有效，更安全，建议临床推广应用。

Evaluation Capsule in Treating Migraine Pain and Its Effect on Platelet and Hemorheology

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect Headache Capsule on the clinical treatment of migraine and for platelet and hemorheology. Methods A hospital from April 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital 150 cases of migraine patients for the study， the patients were randomized to 150 cases were divided into two groups， one group was the control group were given flunarizine capsule treatment Another group was given the observation group headache capsule treatment， both groups are 14d as a course of treatment， compared to two groups of patients in clinical effect and platelets， blood rheology changes in other indicators. Results The total effective rate was 90.7% in the control group total effective rate 73.3%， total effective observation group than the control group. Compared to the observation group differences platelets and blood rheology and treatment significantly， statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The observation group capsule treatment of migraine headache can effectively inhibit platelet aggregation， whole blood viscosity decreased， so that the patient's blood circulation effective improvement in migraine treatment more effective， safer， and recommend clinical application .

偏头痛在神经内科中较为常见，青年人为多发人群。偏头痛的病因十分复杂，治疗偏头痛的药物也品类繁多。头痛宁胶囊药物主方包括天麻、防风和制何首乌等，有着极佳的养血益气和化瘀通络作用，在临床治疗中应用头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛，治疗效果极佳[1]。该研究中，随机选择该院2013年4月—2014年12月收治的150例偏头痛患者作为研究对象，观察应用头痛宁胶囊进行偏头痛的治疗效果，分析治疗前后患者血小板和血液流变学影响，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选择该院2013年4月—2014年12月收治的150例偏头痛患者作为研究对象。150例患者经CT或MRI检查排除了外脑血管疾病和颅内占位性病变。随机均分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组75例，男32例，女33例，年龄在17～51岁之间，平均年龄为（33.1±5.7）岁；……
