[摘要] 目的 分析和研究使用夹板式黏结桥对牙周炎伴牙列缺损修复的有效性。方法 随机随机选取该院2013年10月—2015年1月期间被诊断为牙周炎伴牙列缺损并进行治疗的患者50例作为研究对象，根据患者病情完成80件牙周。按照随机对照的原则分为使用夹板式黏结桥修复治疗的观察组25例40件牙周，使用传统方法进行治疗的对照组25例40件牙周，对两组患者治疗后的疗效进行统计分析。结果 观察组患者修复半年以后，修复成功率为38/40（95.0%），修复1年以后，成功率为修复成功率为32/40（80.0%）。对照组患者修复半年以后，修复成功率为34/40（80.5%），修复1年以后，成功率为修复成功率为28/40（70.0%）。两组进行对比，其差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 使用夹板式黏结桥进行有关牙周炎伴牙列缺损疾病的修复，拥有较好的效果，值得在临床上进行大力的推广应用。

Clinical Effect of Splinted Fixed Prostheses on Restoration of Periodontitis Combined with Denture Defect

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effectiveness of splinted fixed prostheses on restoration of periodontitis combined with denture defect. Methods 50 patients with periodontitis combined with denture defect confirmed and treated in our hospital between October 2013 and January 2015 were selected as the research object， for whom 80 restorations were done. All the patients were randomized into observation group in which the 25 patients （40 restorations） were treated with splinted fixed prostheses， and control group in which the 25 patients （40 restorations） were treated with traditional method. The curative effects were compared between the two groups based on statistical analysis. Results The success rate was 38/40（95.0%）0.5 year after restoration and 32/40（80.0%）1 year after in the observation group， while in the control group， it was 34/40（80.5%）and 28/40（70.0%）respectively， and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant， P<0.05. Conclusion Splinted fixed prostheses is worthy of promotion in the restoration of periodontitis combined with denture defect due to its good effect.

牙周炎作为当前口腔医学界常见的多发性疾病，分为轻中重三型[1]。牙列缺损症的主要原因是由中重度的牙周炎患者因为牙周组织中的支持成分被破坏，牙槽骨被其他组织吸收，导致患者牙齿移位和松动问题的出现导致[2]。牙列缺损症的产生对患者进行正常工作和日常生活状况的影响极大[3]。目前口腔医学界对于牙周炎伴牙列缺损问题进行夹板式黏结桥修复的治疗方法的疗效问题是当前一项艰巨的重大任务。该次研究随机选取该院2013年10月—2015年1月期间被诊断为牙周炎伴牙列缺损并进行治疗的患者50例进行分析和研究使用夹板式黏结桥对牙周炎伴牙列缺损修复的有效性，现报道如下。……
